🌿 Prepare for Your Colonic at Harmonic Body Clinic

🗓 One Day Before Your Session

  • Hydrate: Drink at least 2 liters of water to support digestion and colon health.

  • Eat Light: Focus on fruits, vegetables, and soups. Avoid heavy, greasy, or processed foods.

  • Avoid: Alcohol, caffeine, red meat, dairy, and carbonated drinks.

 

🕐 On the Day of Your Session

  • Eat Light: Avoid meals at least 2 hours before your appointment.

  • Hydrate Wisely: Continue drinking water, but don’t overdo it right before your session.

  • Dress Comfortably: Wear loose clothing. A gown will be provided during your session.

  • Arrive Relaxed: Give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in and focus on your well-being.
